What's the difference between EstiMate Jumpstart and EstiMate Everything ?
EstiMate Jumpstart includes all the core quoting features of EstiMate Professional.
You can quote jobs using any of our plugins, print, fax or email estimates, use all the powerful tools EstiMate has to offer such as the Hourly Rate Wizard , and maintain your entire customer list and quote history.
EstiMate Everything steps you up to the next level of EstiMate Enterprise.
This includes the ability to write invoices, take deposits, and track actual jobs through the shop (as opposed to just estimates). Everything also offers you the ability to check your data in and out of the shop network to take it in the field on your laptop.
Do I have to be online to use EstiMate Freedom?
No, since EstiMate Freedom is really subscription accesss to EstiMate, you install it right on your computer and keep all your important business data in-house.
Once a month you have to connect to the internet and revalidate your Freedom license. If you’re not online, just let us know and we can email your new license file once a month.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No way. Freedom is a month to month service and there are no startup or termination fees, ever.
Why would I choose a Freedom plan instead of buying EstiMate outright?
When you purchase EstiMate outright you have to buy the system as well as the individual pricing plugins you require, and technical support is only included for 30 days. Plus, when new versions of EstiMate are released, you have to buy the upgrades if you wish to stay on the cutting edge.
With EstiMate Freedom, you get all of EstiMate's plugins, unlimited technical support and training, plus you are guaranteed to always have the very latest version of EstiMate.

Can I change plans at any time?
Of course! Simply call or email us and we’ll change your plan.
If I change plans, will I lose my work?
No. The features available to you will be expanded or contracted depending which direction you go (up or down), but all your data will remain in the software no matter which plan you had prior to the change.
What about refunds?
If you cancel you won't be charged again, but you are responsible for whatever charges have already been incurred for the current billing period.
