3.10. Assertion Failure

I get a message that says assertion failure (C:\Devextras\d7\e1\powerlock1.pas, line 846) when trying to unlock or open my software, what do I do?

You may have a faulty ISN. Contact EstiMate support to obtain a new ISN.

If the error comes up NOT when trying to unlock but when trying to install the software then you may have defective media. Contact EstiMate support for a new disc.
