Home → EstiMate Version 1 → Error Messages & Behavioral Problems → Cannot generate report?
This error usually stems from a corrupted or improperly imported logo file.
Your first step from EstiMate's main screen is to:
1. Click Management > repair/maintain data files.
2. Click the verify and rebuild button.
3. Click close when the process is complete.
4. Select a estimate or job from the open list and attempt to print as normal. If the printing is still un-successful then close the estimate or job and from EstiMate's main screen:
Click Management > Configure EstiMate > Your logo.
5. Click the clear logo button to clear out your logo.
6. Click the choose file button to re-select the logo (If you are using a logo).
7. Click the green checkmark to close the configuration screens.
8. Open a job or estimate and print as normal.
