Upgrade to EstiMate 1.93b or better. A known problem with the reporting software EstiMate uses was solved in the new upgrade.

This error can also be due to low system resources on your computer. Save changes in EstiMate and any other programs that may be running, then restart your computer. Try printing again.
This procedure solves the problem in most cases. If the error still persists even after a reboot, then click Edit Data Files > People > Customer List. Scroll to the top of the list and look for a blank entry. If you confirm there is a blank entry then highlight it, delete it, and attempt to print once more.
The problem happens when EstiMate is trying to generate the print preview screen, so try unchecking the preview box and try printing again.
