I am getting an error that says Unknown internal operating system error bad file number (. . .) how do I resolve this error and get my program to work again?

Answer: The computers system resources or memory may be inadequate to hold the amount of entries you are trying to load in EstiMate. If the error is coming up when you are trying to load the open list, then consider archiving some of the jobs or estimates in your list. If the error is coming up in another part of EstiMate, consider deleting un-needed or un-used entries.
