Home → EstiMate Version 1 → Error Messages & Behavioral Problems → Vendormate cannot get exclusive database access error?
In order for Vendormate to operate it needs exclusive access to EstiMate's data files. This means the data cannot be in use by EstiMate nor can files be locking the database.
Here are some possibilites for resolving the error.
1. Close Vendormate, save changes and close other running programs.
2. Reboot computer.
3. Open EstiMate.
4. Click Management > Repair Maintain Data files > Verify and Rebuild > Close, to repair the data files.
5. Close EstiMate.
6. Open Vendormate and try again.
