How do I print out a list of what needs to be checked for stock and what needs to be built or cut as far as substrates go for the upcoming day or weeks worth of invoices?

You could create different inventory part items in quickbooks with associated quantities on hand. Then itemize those in EstiMate's account assignments so when jobs go over to QB from EstiMate, QB will reduce your inventory accordingly. With this system you could run your reports directly from QB.
